Rarely. We buy 12 to 40 units of most prints and put the money into the next drop instead of reorders. Core basics like the Kathryn button-up are the exception — those come back every four to six weeks.
True to size on about 85% of the floor. Where a piece runs long, short, tight in the arm or generous in the waist, we say so in the description. The size guide is body measurements, not garment measurements.
Yes, and we list it. If Mariah is 5'5" and a size 4 and she's in a small, that's printed in the details. If she's wearing it oversized on purpose, we note that too.
Before 2pm ET on a weekday, it leaves the same afternoon. After that, next business day. You get tracking as soon as the label scans.
If it hasn't shipped, yes — email us fast and we'll catch it. Once tracking exists it has to go through returns instead.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Under that it's a flat $6.95. Local pickup in Indianapolis is always free.
Send a photo and we replace it or refund it, shipping on us both directions. No return form, no runaround.

Not from our case. Posts are nickel-free surgical steel and plating is tarnish-resistant. Keep it out of the shower and off in the pool and it holds up.
