When it ships

Orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday through Friday leave the same afternoon. Anything after that goes out the next business day. We don't ship Saturday, Sunday, or the four holidays we close for.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number the moment the label scans. If tracking hasn't moved in three business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier — you shouldn't have to.

Where we ship

All fifty U.S. states, plus DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and territories go USPS Priority and add 2–4 days. We don't ship internationally yet.

Lost or damaged

If a package is marked delivered and isn't there, give it 24 hours (carriers scan early), then contact us. We'll either replace the item or refund it. Damaged in transit — send a photo and we'll handle the claim on our end.

Multiple items

We ship complete orders in one box whenever possible. If one piece is delayed, we send what's ready and cover shipping on the rest.
