What you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Agreement
By using marigoldrow.lol or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We try hard to show accurate colors, but screens vary — a photographed oatmeal can read cream on your monitor.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typo, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it. We'll tell you why.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order that looks fraudulent.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed. Charges appear as MARIGOLD ROW LLC.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, but as a practical matter we stand behind lost and damaged packages — see shipping.
6. Returns
Governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Site copy, photography, and our print designs belong to Marigold Row, LLC. Don't reproduce them commercially. You're welcome to share product photos on social media.
8. Acceptable use
No scraping for competitive resale, no attempts to breach the site, no using the newsletter form to send other people's addresses.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are sold as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit.
10. Governing law
Indiana law governs these terms. Venue for any dispute is Marion County, Indiana.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
