Privacy Policy
We collect what it takes to ship your order and nothing we don't need.

What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive the last four digits and the card brand, nothing more.
- Site usage — pages viewed, referring site, device type and approximate region, so we know which pages are broken and which drops landed.
- Email preferences — only if you sign up for the Row Letter.
What we do with it
Fulfill your order, handle returns, answer your emails, and send the newsletter you asked for. That's it. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we don't share your email with advertising networks.
Cookies
Your shopping bag lives in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. We also use basic analytics cookies to count page views. There is no cross-site ad tracking on this site.
Who else sees your data
Only the vendors it takes to run a shop: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email platform. Each one gets the minimum needed to do its job and is contractually barred from using it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law says so. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Abandoned bag data for 30 days.
Your rights
Email privacy@marigoldrow.lol to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia residents have additional statutory rights and we honor them for everyone.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Card numbers never touch our servers in readable form. Staff access to order data is limited to the two of us and one part-time shipper.
